Upon completion of planning, design, and permitting, Strategis offers Construction Administration and Observation services throughout the project’s duration to help ensure the final product matches the contract documents and remains within budget.
Services include:
- Attendance in regular OAC Meetings
- Review and Direction on RFI’s, Work Orders, Field Change Directives
- Review and Approval of Change Orders, Pay Applications, Submittals, and Shop Drawings
- Site Observations as needed and at regular intervals associated with project milestones
